Batty Rosette Card

Hi there! For my card today, I wanted to create some fun with bats and add dimension. So, I chose to use a pretty rosette cut file to create a fun background to lift my bats up off the card front. This beautiful cut file comes with lots of layers, but you can pick and choose which ones you want to use to customize your own rosette. I just used two pieces to create this little half-rosette.

I used hot glue to adhere down the rosette since they’re pretty stubborn at staying put. But the hot glue worked perfectly. Then I cut out this cute bat shape 3 times and adhered some chunky black glitter to one of them.

The finishing touch was my sentiment that I cut out of black adhesive cardstock. I picked a font I already had on my computer, but there are tons in the Silhouette Online store that you could choose from to create this look!

Hope you enjoyed this Halloween card and that it gave you an idea on how you can use a rosette to add some whimsy to your next card project!
