Job Description

Wage: Starts at $11/hr

Hours: 25/week:

Morning shift: 7a – 12p Monday – Friday

Afternoon shift: 12p – 5p Monday – Friday

Evening shift g: 5p – 10p Monday – Friday

Responsibilities

Quickly and efficiently correspond with customers via phone, email or LiveChat™; answer customer questions regarding Silhouette products, software, and websites; and troubleshoot customer concerns with Silhouette hardware, software, and products.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Robust problem resolution skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Able to multitask
  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
  • Have a positive attitude and be able to work well on a team
