Did you know you can create your own custom wrapping paper using the Mint? Today I’ll show you how!
- 45 x 45mm stamp kit
- white kraft paper roll
- various shades of ink
Step 1: To start you’ll prepare your stamp design in the mint studio. I chose two flowers that came with software. For some added flare I moved the small leaves around to help fill the design.
Step 2: When you’ve got the design ready, you’ll send it to your Mint.
Step 3: Insert the stamp into the mint. and press start mint.
Step 4: When the stamp is ready, you’ll remove it from its package and apply to wood base. Now you’ll start adding in colors. For a multi color stamp like this, start with one color at a time and work each section.
I used various shades of pink, red, and magenta for fun dimension on the large rose. When you’ve applied all the ink, let it soak in for a little bit.
Step 5: Try out the stamp on a piece of scrap paper to remove excess ink. Stamp until the design becomes pure.
Step 6: Cut a section of kraft paper and stamp on the pattern.
Simply let the ink dry and you are ready to wrap! How adorable and fun is this?
