- cutting mat
Open the design in Silhouette Studio. Remove stickers from design and select the print option.
Place Printable on cutting mat as shown in software. Select appropriate cutting material and blade depth and cut.
Remove design from mat.
STEP FOUR- OPTIONAL
To create stickers open up original design again. Delete meal planner and move stickers to center of page within registration marks. Print on white sticker paper.
Place printed sticker paper on cutting mat and select appropriate material and blade depth. Cut out shapes.
Now you are ready to track those fitness goals in style!
