Coloring Page

Did you know that you can create your own diy coloring page using the Silhouette? While you can use the print and cut option, you can also use sketch pens! Today I’ll share how I made this intricate coloring page perfect for a rainy (or snowy) afternoon!

Supplies Needed:

  • CAMEO
  • Cardstock
  • Sketch Pens

Step 1

Open the software and select your design. To make this design available for sketch pens, I went to the modify tab and clicked “make”.

Select Make

Step 2

Select sketch pen in the Silhouette Studio®.

Select Sketch Pens

Step 3

Insert sketch pen into blade slot.

Marie Chorak

Hello! I am Marie from Blooming Homestead and I have a passion for all things crafty, this includes home decorating, organization, digital design, DIY, and cooking yummy comfort food! As a recent first time home buyer, I enjoy making our house into a home while sticking to a budget (gotta love those student loans!) This usually requires me to think outside the box and get creative. I love sharing my tutorials and projects in hopes that I can inspire others. When I am not crafting, I like to read, shop, watch movies, and visit with family & friends. Most importantly, I love spending time with my husband of 12 years and our two children who keep us on our toes.

  1. Great idea, and we just found a packet of 12″ square cardstock that had gotten overlooked.

I think that coloring in the parts using a marker in the Cameo would be a little lazy, although it would get some good experience using the pause function. (kidding)

    Thank you.

  2. My girls and I LOVE doodle coloring pages! What a FABULOUS idea to create your very own! Thanks so much for the tutorial!!!
