Check out this cute school bus cut file.
Usually I use different colors than shown in the pictures of the designs but with this one being a school bus I kept the color scheme the same.
I ungrouped the design so that I could move various images around & arrange them to cut out of certain colours of card stock. I didn’t have two different shades of yellow so I just used the one colour that I had. Once they were all cut out I then shaded some pieces a bit darker with an ink pad. Super easy and I got the look I was going for.
I then put all the pieces together and used some foam squares to add a bit of dimension to the shape (rather just a flat image).
I also cut out the window backing part from some Silhouette Vellum – it gives a somewhat transparent look.
I cut a few other designs out to add to my layout. For my title I cut the design from green Silhouette Adhesive Backed Cardstock and then created an offset image for in black card stock and adhered that behind.
I added a bit more green colour by using another cut design – the numbers were rather fitting for a ‘back-to-school’ layout!
