Deer Head Silhouette T-shirt

Deer Head Silhouette T-shirt

I was so inspired by the white faux deer heads I keep seeing at different stores. I thought why not put it on a shirt! I think it makes such a cute shirt for the holidays. I found this Finnley Patterned Deer design from Glitz Designs that worked perfect.

I ungrouped the design and deleted all the patterns except for the silhouette of the deer. I used the sewable fabric interfacing and cut the deer head out on my Cameo.  Press onto your shirt with an iron and do a zigzag stitch around the applique.

Finished! It really can’t get any easier than that! Now your little one can sport around a new reindeer shirt for the holidays.

  1. Ahhh! I love it Tori! I have been downloading deer images but haven’t seen that one yet so I am going to get it now!

    1. It is my favorite deer head graphic! I love all the designs that it comes with too! You could do some cute things with that graphic with some HTV!

    1. Thanks Kelly!

  2. Can I cut fabric with my silhouette SD?
If yes, What kind of fabrics can I cut?

    1. Hi BaR! I was using the Cameo for this project but I did some quick “googling” and found that you can cut with an SD. You would need to iron on the fabric interfacing to your fabric before you run it through your machine.

    2. Hi BaR! I used a CAMEO but I did some “googling” and yes you can use the SD. Just iron on the fabric interface like I did and cut your graphic!

  3. Adorable! Great job on this Tori.
