Do you have a set of shapes that you use on a regular basis? I do too! Even though I use some shapes often, I like to change up the look of the shape by cutting it out in different ways. Here's how...
Use the positive and negative shapes. Cut one plain tag, and one tag with the bunny right in the center. Then, adhere the tag with the bunny cut out of it to the top of the plain tag.
Turn your regular cut shape into a print and cut. Move the bunny shape into the middle of the tag, then using the fill color window fill the shape with your desired color. You can also add a name to the bottom using the type tool. Once you've typed the name open the fill color window again and with the word selected click on your desired color.
Then, open the registration marks window and turn them on by clicking the box next to 'Show Reg Marks'. To save paper, change the registration marks margins by using the toggle or arrows next to 'Right' and 'Bottom'. Then, print to your home printer. Once you've printed the shape, place your paper on your mat, load it into your Silhouette and click cut in Silhouette studio.
Or, go the traditional route by using the positive shapes. Cut out one plain tag shape and one bunny shape. Then add a little bling to the bunny by adding a single rhinestone using the rhinestone setter. Then, adhere the bunny to the top of the tag with a few pop dots for dimension.
The little bunny tag with the bitty rhinestone tail was the perfect addition to my polka dot treat bag.
