ReplyDeleteHi, how come some can dl design file and others can't? I can't see the image on the site thru software, but it says I have it although there is no file. The site thru the software is sluggish to dl and the space where the free file should be is empty. Someone please check this out. Thank you.

I love this shape, but how can I turn this into a cut and print image. Once I downloaded and placed on the mat, I didn't know how to change this into the cut and print? can you give us some direction?? thanks so much! Nancy

DeleteYou'll first want to ungroup the shape using the ungroup icon in the bottom left of your screen, then here is a print and cut tutorial that will show how to make a regular cut shape into a print and cut :) http://blog.silhouetteamerica.com/2012/06/reading-corner-series-print-and-cut.html
