When you are scrapbooking, or crafting in general, where do you go for color scheme inspiration? I've been visiting the hardware store quite a bit lately for DIY projects I've got going on at home. Every time I go, I make a visit to the paint chip section. It's like a great big color pallet, that I can touch. Swoon! Another of my favorite color scheme spots is the mall. The colors, patterns and textures in fashion usually translate really well into crafting. In fact, the other day my friend and I were doing some shopping. In almost every store window there was some shade of coral and a minty blue. It's a popular combination in the fashion world, but gorgeous on paper too. Like in today's featured project by Laurel Seabrook. I love the addition of yellow, the arrow background and other bits cut with her Silhouette. Isn't it pretty?
