Hi there... happy Saturday! Here's a quick project idea for today's free shape... I've taken a plain white kitchen towel, and stitched a gathered strip of fabric to the bottom. Then, I cut the candy cane shape out of red flocked heat transfer and ironed it onto the towel, placing it in the center towards the bottom.
Super easy, and a great way to add a fun pop of holiday color to the kitchen. It would make for a great little gift too.

Cute idea Jeana...
ReplyDeletevery cute Jeana...
ReplyDeleteVery nice.
DeleteI have a question. On the Silhouette tutorial on how to use Heat Transfer material in step #2 it says to use the "Blue Cap " and a thickness of 16-18 for smooth heat transfer material and the "Pink cap" and a thickness of 28-33 for flocked heat transfer material . What are the "Blue & Pink caps " they are referring to??
Here is the tutorial I am referring to:

Hi Barbara,
DeleteThe colored caps were used on the Silhouette SD. Here is a tutorial using the heat transfer with the CAMEO. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DwuItoS5ZXY
