You might have figured this out already, but I have a slight obsession with decorating for the holidays...*smile* No time like the present to get started for St. Patrick's day! Today's project is a simple one, perfect for the kids to help with too!
What you'll need:
clover_badge_C00995_17986
patterned paper
soda bottle {or a mason jar would be cute too}
skewers
tape
glue dots {or adhesive of choice}
twine
buttons
distress ink/sponge
After cutting the clovers I sponged the edges with distress ink and taped them to skewers. Then, I added some vintage buttons with a simple glue dot. Finished it with a little twine and a "lucky" flag... voila! simple holiday decor.
What fun things does your family do for St. Patrick's day?

How sweet and easy is that! Love it. Thanks for posting!

Love it doing it today... after housework. :)
ReplyDeleteI also was wondering where you got your cute calendar for your message board. PLease? Thanks
ReplyDeleteI love quick and easy projects like that. So cute! Now I need to buy some soda for the cute bottles. :) I used up the ones I had last year to make this Easter project.
ReplyDeleteI just got my Cameo and have been playing around with paper. When I cut a shape and peel it off the mat it curls up on itself. Is that normal? Is there a way to prevent that?
ReplyDeleteThanks for your help!
